Rooms are smallish but comfortable and adequate for the night
Some misunderstandings on linen needed but was easy to sort out
Breakfast was excellent"

"This hotels location is amazing it’s one block to the promenade. The breakfast needs some help, staff never refilled any of the juices etc. and to be honest the staff were the most unfriendly I’ve encountered.
The kids club is a nice touch if you have children. The upper desk has a beautiful view.
