The cottage is both traditional with exposed beams and the thick stone walls you would expect but with modern touches for comfort. The babbling river outside and the welcome party of birds each morning added to the relaxing vibe. The horses in the field opposite were the icing on the cake. "The cottage was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, warm and clean. We did not want to leave. The under floor heating gave a lovely warmth, and the games room was an added bonus. One of the loveliest cottages we have ever stayed in, and that was a sentiment from all the guests. Lovely and helpful hosts too. We will definitely return."
