"The room was very clean , accommodating and welcoming staff ( Guissi and Gabriel thank you, you made our stay worth remembering) I observed the restaurant was very well managed, the way the staff works were very professional in a friendly way and anticipates our needs as we dine,that’s customer service at its best.We just came back from a 2 weeks cruise and the service here, is better I would say . Delicious food , noticed fresh ingredients and just cooked the way I wanted and requested. Not only the food tastes great , the presentation was also appetizing. 😊"

"Great location. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Good selection of offerings at the breakfast buffet plus to-order hot items an available. Air conditioning could have been a little more robust but it was 95 degrees during our visit."

"Everything was great, the only problem was the misleading pictures for the club room which showed a large window and small sofa. In reality there was no large window just a small corner window. There was also no sofa and the pictures made the room look bigger than the actual room. If there was a sofa in the room it would not fit and there would be no space to walk around the bed. I would have given it 10/10 but for the above it will have to be 7/10."

"Small lift to the lift wasn’t working, had to carry the pram up the stairs each time which was a little inconvenient as quite heavy. Not great if was disabled. Air con in room looked very old system and didn’t really cool room down on coolest setting. Lucky wasn’t too hot of a day. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom little old. Pool facilities were very nice."

"It was so much better than i expected and I expected a lot. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. The gym is small but that's about it. Location is terrific. Extremely quiet and fast elevators. Really, really solid and I would go back."
