Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel and room very clean and comfortable . Would stay again . We did have a bit of a problem with the overhead shower but that was probably us - not really an issue as we used the hand held shower head instead.

Excellent location and a very good breakfast selection, with the option to add an extended cooked breakfast at a very reasonable extra cost. Our room was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities. We would definitely stay here again. For London, this hotel offered outstanding value for money and truly ticked every box.

Lovely small hotel. Stayed in a spacious L-shaped premium room with a seating area in a bay window. Room had great features too--reading lights, a mini fridge, an electric kettle to make tea or coffee. The only issue was the decor, which was beyond eclectic with strong and mismatched colors that made it somewhat less relaxing. Breakfast was generous, varied, and satisfying. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great--walking distance to a lot of activities in South Ken and Earl's Court and with a nearby Tube stop with multiple lines. Overall would stay here again and recommend to others.

Reception staff were very nice and always available. Room was clean and a good standard. We were in a lower ground floor room by the dining room, so could hear a lot of foot traffic in the morning as people went to/from breakfast. Did also hear cleaners discussing our room needing to be vacated by noon right outside our door, which wasn’t the best. We had a do not disturb sign out only to show we hadn’t wanted our room doing before checkout. Unfortunately, our air conditioning was faulty and only blowing hot air. It kept saying “cleaning filter” throughout our stay.

Brilliant 1 night stay near Hyde park

Stayed during Zac Bryan at Hyde park, was about a 20 minute walk to Hyde park in a beautiful area, we arrived very early and they facilitated us and got us straight into our room so we could enjoy our day and get ready for the concert. The room was beautiful and would stay here again if we were to go see another concert on Hyde park or the area.
