Ashburn Hotel is in a super accessible location in a clean, safe and elegant area of London. It's close to the tube and train stations and I had an easy time getting in to the hotel and traveling around. The breakfast was just darling with tea and coffee, cheeses, meats, fruit, pastries and juices. The staff was incredible and so helpful and I truly appreciate all they did to help me make my stay in Lodon memorable. I absolutely recommend staying here and would do so again.

On arrival we received a free upgrade to a beautifully spacious room. Very comfortable bed!! Large windows. Kettle & refrigerator were great as we were staying 9 nights. Deep bathtub with shower! Good continental breakfast included. Staff so helpful and friendly. Hotel is quick walk to Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, V&A Museum. Overall we were delighted with our stay! Reception staff were very nice and always available. Room was clean and a good standard. We were in a lower ground floor room by the dining room, so could hear a lot of foot traffic in the morning as people went to/from breakfast. Did also hear cleaners discussing our room needing to be vacated by noon right outside our door, which wasn’t the best. We had a do not disturb sign out only to show we hadn’t wanted our room doing before checkout. Unfortunately, our air conditioning was faulty and only blowing hot air. It kept saying “cleaning filter” throughout our stay.
