Good hotel in a central area of London with easy access to the Underground station at Tottenham Court Road. The room was spacious and comfortable but was let down by housekeeping. Beds weren't made and towels weren't replaced in the bathroom which for 4* accommodation at this price was disappointing. Gail's cafe and bakery next door give 30% discount if you're staying at Numa and the breakfast there can be highly recommended.

Great location to access shops and central london. Walked to Birmingham palace, Big Ben, SOHO, Piccadilly circuits. Clean, easy check in and delicious coffee shop right beside it

Really great location for exploring and a lot of dining options! The lockers were the issue as there were not enough of them for everyone who wanted to leave their luggage, especially on the weekend. The customer service was also rather poor after somebody stole our adapter and the property didn’t take any action although they saw on cameras who did it.

Numa Stay

Nice place but there is no one on site to ask questions to. Bath tub/shower was difficult to step into. No instruction on how to control the shower water and the AC did not adjust when it changed the temperature. The bath tub showed signs of soap scum that is hard to remove but should have been scrubbed clean. The location was great with a comfortable bed, refrigerator, and USB charge ports at bedside.

Great location and price.

It was easy to find and get to from Tottenham Court Road station. It was easy to check-in and get into my room. The room was stylish with enough room for 1. The bathroom was a little small but it wasn’t a but deal. Close to amenities and although right down town, it was not noisy. In the morning it was really nice to be able to smell the fresh croissants and bread from the bakery next door.
