The room I had was downstairs, small but very clean and great air conditioning which made a huge difference. Downstairs was a bit of a worry at the start but very quiet. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly and helpful.

The lift was being repaired when we arrived but the staff moved us after one night to a room on the ground floor after one night. The full English breakfast was very good. The Baker Street tube station was only a block away.

The room is small but comfortable and there is a safe and wardrobe storage. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment on the top floor, and as a result, the AC in the guest rooms does not work. We were in a family room on 3rd floor and without AC it was uncomfortably hot. The staff provided a fan and suggested we open a window. It was difficult to sleep as the fan was noisy but the room too hot to sleep without it. The rooms are not advertised as “with AC” but you would expect it to work when it is provided. Had we known about the ongoing refurbishment at the time of booking, we would have gone elsewhere. The family room was small, but ok for one night. The bathroom was spacious and very clean, which made up for it. Breakfast was average. The lift is tiny, so we chose to take the stairs after our arrival.

The hotel staff was incredibly kind, but the hotel itself was disappointing. Aside from the great location, the room was in poor condition compared to what reviews and pictures showed on Expedia. We had lamps that looked like they had been ripped off the wall. There also was no refrigerator in the room - where the fridge was supposed to be was just an empty shelf. The property itself just seemed a bit beat up and not worth what we paid for.

Great location but the room was TINY. So much so that the only place to put a suitcase open on the floor was the bathroom. In addition the toilet had a smell. Otherwise the room and property we’re clean and the staff was friendly. However I would. It stay here gain.

Given its excellent location this Hotel was reasonably priced. The rooms are smallish which is often the case in London but apart from that everything else was very good. Very clean with good facilities and everything you need for a comfy stay. Staff were friendly and efficient with an adequate breakfast. Lots of restaurants and upmarket shopping nearby. I would use this Hotel again.

This was a lovely, reasonably priced hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of hot and cold choices. Reception desk is manned 24 hours. Only downside, there is no bar but that did not stop us enjoying our stay.
