The hotel was lovely and clean. Receptionist was very helpful. We were early but the lady let us check in which was a godsend as we were a little wet due to the weather. Would definitely recommend this hotel. It was very near to Hyde Park.

Really nice, old converted townhouses. Rooms were large and well appointed. Staff were excellent and friendly. Location was the best. Off the main streets, so very quiet, yet within a 5 to 8 minute walk of PADDINGTON or Bayswater Circle Line. Little kitchenette was very useful and saved us a lot of money on expensive British dining.

We loved the Cleveland Hotel! We stayed in one of the family studio suites for a week and it was the perfect size for our family of four. The beds were comfortable, the space was well laid-out, and the kitchenette came in handy for the few times we ended up getting food to go. The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk from both Paddington Station and Bayswater Station (and both stations have a ton of restaurants nearby). We were out exploring every day, and appreciated coming back every evening to a spotless room. The staff was welcoming and professional, and everything about our stay there was as easy as could be. We would absolutely stay there again!

Great location and a good price. Room even had a small kitchen. Yes there are stairs and no elevator as other reviews mentioned. So if you have large heavy or numerous bags, this probably isn’t for you. Otherwise it’s great.

Great location / value but a few key issues

Great location and seemed like a great value. No desk in my room (even though this is something I always check and reconfirm), and wifi didn’t work (my room was right next to reception too). Room Was basically clean but sheets made me itch. (Also, my room was haunted. I’m absolutely serious.)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let me use the phone to get some tickets to a football match. Alex was friendly and fun to talk to. All the staff made me feel welcome and i was happy to see familiar faces since the last time i was there. The area around the hotel is very safe and quiet. It is approx 8 min walk to paddington station. The room service is prompt and comes everyday even hjough i used it only 4 times in 11 days. They come a few times to see if you have removed the DnD sign. My only issue is the heat wasnt working like last time but there was a space heater in the room so it was fine. Also the wifi router wasn't working on the 3rd floor for a few days but i had plent of data. They called their tech suppoet ppl to fix it but it didnt work. I tried turning it on and off myself. Overall i like this hotel and would come again as it is my second time here. Just a few improvements thar are an easy fix and it's no problem!

Great olace to stay, staff friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with everything we needed and very clean. Nice little balcony to sit out on. This is a great place to stay for families the hotel was quiet and the area was quiet as well. I would definitely stay here again

One of the best hotels in this chategory in London that I hace experienced. Excellent location, quiet and these beautiful houses and green areas in this part of town. Wonderful large room for 3 adults, very convinient and with air-condition! And very friendly staff.
