The room I had was absolutely teeny. The bed is not long enough for an average person. I am 5’7” and I could not extend my feet comfortably because the footboard was in the way. Anyone taller than me would just not fit. The showers are teeny with bad water pressure. I hit all the shower walls with my elbows because I had no room to move. I also had to drag my suitcase up and down stairs because the elevator did not go to the floors of the rooms. While the location is convenient, I do not recommend due to the quality of these rooms.

The location was good, close to quite a few restaurants and Earls Court tube station. The breakfast is quite good. It was advertised as air conditioned hotel but we were extremely disappointed when the room didn’t feel air conditioned at all. It was during the heat wave and I had to go and buy an electric fan to survive the night. They said they would have someone fix it the next morning. It seems to work for an while and it stopped working during the night so I was drenched in sweat the next morning. It was just too uncomfortable to stay when it is hot.

We stayed one evening in this lovely hotel. All the staff were very friendly & helpful particularly Colleen who went out of her way & allowed us to check in early. The reception is beautiful & they provide complimentary fruit tea, biscuits & mints. The room was exactly as in the photos & very clean. Its very only 5 mins. walk from the tube. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very pleasant, clean, comfortable hotel. The room I had was small but adequate, modern furniture. The bathroom is small but had all I needed. The staff are very helpful. Good location, in a quiet street, just off Earls Court tube station. I will definitely stay there again
