A great hotel in the perfect location to go in and out of central London. First time staying in Earls Court and the area was lovely. Hotel was clean, rooms were really nice and staff were very polite. Overall was a great stay and would absolutely return and recommend.
The room was very clean and the hotel was ideally placed for local shops and Earls Court tube. We could also walk to the museums in Kensington.
After a slightly frosty reception when we arrived a bit early, the staff very nice and arranged to get some oat milk as breakfast is not vegan friendly, but we had not requested this in advance, so unfair to expect differently.
Within easy walking distance from Earl's Court Tube Station and local eateries and M&S Foodhall. Excellent, friendly staff. Great breakfast. Will definitely use again.
Good breakfast options, staff accommodating and friendly
Lots of one off stores, pubs and restaurants nearby, a pharmacy and banks too. Walk to Brompton cemetery easy and v interesting
Have stayed at this hotel in Earls Court a few times now. Serviceminded staff at all times. Nice breakfast and very close to Piccadilly tube line that goes all the way to Heathrow. Will stay there again.
This hotel exceeded our expectation!! Yes, the room is tiny, but so wonderfully designed with hooks and has everything you need!! Loved having the robes, tea and coffee with an electric tea kettle. The bed was extremely comfortable and as a bonus we had a small balcony overlooking a private park. Delightful! So convenient to various public transportation and wonderful food options just down the street. Would stay again!
The rooms are clean and compact and the breakfast is delicious.
The location is great and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.
They will even take care of your luggage.

Location great. Room small and tired. Better locations on same block for same price.
Breakfast offering was reasonable considering the space available. But this was the reason for not rating the overall stay as excellent.
Location close to Earls Court tube station was a particular positive factor. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
