This hotel was located very near the Euston station. It was conveniently located to sites my son and I wanted to see. The biggest selling point for this hotel was the fact it has air conditioning and when booked England was experiencing temps in the low 90s and I need the AC to sleep at night.

We stayed one night, seeking to be near the train station. The hotel is easy to find, easy to walk to with luggage. There is no ramp, so you need to carry bags up the stairs to enter. We booked a family room. The child bed was a roll-out cot and not very comfortable. The room had air conditioning, though, which was a huge plus in the London heat. The bathroom was super clean. Cafes are nearby and the location is great. I recommend the hotel to travelers who want to be near Euston or St. Pancras, with the caveat that if your child is particular about sleeping in a non-portable bed, you may want to consider that.

The room was well-appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The lighting options were great and the bathroom has a nice blue light feature for when you awake in the middle of the night. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful both upon check-in and check-out.

Overall, the room at Hilton London Euston was spacious and clean, and the staff were pleasant. However, what completely ruined the experience was the shower. The water pressure was extremely low, almost comparable to a drinking fountain, and the temperature control was impossible to manage. The water was either very hot or cold, with no comfortable middle point. I spent almost 10 minutes in the shower shivering while trying to adjust the temperature, which was honestly frustrating. It is a shame because the good points of the hotel were completely overshadowed by something as basic as a functional shower. I really wish hotels would check these essential things properly before renting out the room to guests. RM 507
