Check in was quick they gave you a free drink in the bar don't get that very often rooms are a good size very clean and on my last stay they service the rooms daily .

Really nice place. About 10 mins walk from the tube, buses stop a little down the road fir London too, so very easy for doing stuff in London. Nice and clean and tidy. Great value and a nice welcome with a drink from the bar downstairs. I really do recommend this place will definitely stay here again.

Apartment #12 was located at the top which was three flights upstairs. The room was as described clean, hot shower. Although the bar had free Wi-Fi, I was never able to log onto the Wi-Fi in my room, which was inconvenient. The property is located 10 minutes from the train station and the bus stop is across the street that was convenient for my plans to visit Hotspur stadium.

The pub attached to the hotel is very nice, the staff are nice, and the place is clean. However, the room that I had was very small, and despite the fact that there is an Internet connection, I wasn’t able to access it from the room, and had to work down in the bar, that’s a problem. The room also was too small. Otherwise, I’d give a higher rating. I did like the place, but it’s limited, although very conveniently located, and relatively inexpensive. One other thing, as I stayed here before. Don’t make the mistake of staying on a Friday or Saturday night, as it’s above the bar and those are karaoke nights. Unless you want to join with the karaoke, it’ll be hard to get to sleep.

Staff were excellent and got a free welcome drink from the bar which was a bonus. Rooms were good size and it’s ideal for a base. The only issue was there was no Air con and it’s been really hot. Tube station 20 min walk. Good parking would stay again.

Parking good, food good, staff excellent, rooms tiny and awful smell, not given the room we booked even with 10 days notice, lots of stairs, extremely noisy with the dj no chance of sleep till after midnight (Saturday night)ciuld be really nice if owner took notice of the bad reviews and addressed issues.
