The Bentley

I have stayed at the Claremont in London on numerous occasions. The Bentley was absolutely beautiful with a very spacious bedroom area and a bathroom that was out of this world.

Another wonderful stay at The Bentley. Beautifully decorated, quiet street close to parks, shops and restaurants all within walking distance and the staff always polite, professional and attentive. Such a delight to stay; a home from home, and I look forward to visiting again soon!

It was just a lovely hotel with excellent service. It was off the beaten path but very close to the tube station. It is also a close walk from the National History Museum which was just amazing.

Beautiful old fashioned hotel in a great location

Beautifully decorated hotel; our room was lovely with nice furnishings and a view overlooking private gardens. The restaurant seemed a bit of an afterthought but not a big deal since there are plenty of dining options in the neighborhood. We stayed here just on our last night in London but will seriously think about staying longer on our next visit.

The room was good sized and the property was stylish and elegant. The rooms show a little age and wear, but the bathrooms are spacious and nicely designed, and the beds are firm and comfortable. Quiet area and very convenient to the underground. Pricey, but a very pleasant stay and experience.

Another Great Stay

Another great stay. Service is great. They even called me the day before to check my arrival time to ensure my room was ready. Room was comfortable and well maintained. Gym in the basement was being renovated, but the rest of the spa was looking great - especially the Turkish bath. Out of all places I've stayed at in it's price range, I would say this is the best. If you aren't looking to spend an arm and a leg at something like The Milestone, you can get a similar experience here.

Lovely hotel

Beautiful hotel. Amazing room. Easy walk from Gloucester Road tube station. The staff were really helpful. Nice quiet area and we walked back from the Royal Albert Hall. Only down side. No bar area although they will serve you drinks.

At first glance very beautiful and friendly. Then you get a feel of the hotel that is in decline. And DEFINITELY don't do the restaurant for dinner. Breakfast is way overpriced. Didn't try T time. Overall, freindly staff. Just not all that professional for a 4star.

The property is beautiful, the rooms are large, but out dated. The rooms need a complete renovation to bring them up to date. The carpets are dirty, the bathroom toilets take forever to refill. The rooms look very tired.

The reception staff on check in was rude. we were put in the 7th floor even thought the hotel was empty and the floor stank of smoke and the carpet on the floor and the wall were tired and unsightly. The room was ok but noisy and very tired with worn out carpet and old worn out wall coverings. Avoid if you want to have a pleasant stay - location is vern convenient which is the only plus point. A terrible stay and would not dream of going back
