The bar and eating facilities and the steam room, sauna and pool facilities were great. The staff, particularly in the restaurant were very friendly and warm and accommodating. The cleaning staff were meticulous. The hotel design and decor was amazing and its proximity to the tube was a plus.

Loved this property and the decor. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change is the beds, they look beautiful but the mattress hard and pillows weren’t very supportive. Despite this I would stay again (just might bring my own pillow haha)

Staff very polite and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The kitchenette was convenient and a great addition. However, the T.V. was completely misplaced—it faced the wall, making it impossible to watch, so I never used it. The hotel was quiet, and it’s within walking distance of Cromwell Hospital, which was very helpful.

Lovely room — very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Lighting created a relaxing atmosphere. Bathroom lighting can be improved to have a light that can do makeup. The kitchen is nice but not functioning very well, e.g. coffee machine not working, nowhere to find the power on button of the vent, and it took forever for the stove to bring the water to boiling. Staff are friendly.

Good location and property. Nice room not large but comfortable. Only issue is no cold water in the shower so if you want a cold shower, not a chance! But that's just me ;).
