"Just checked in after a long trip from the US and I couldn't be happier. The doorman greeted us and carried my two little girls bags to the front desk. Farnoosh at the front desk was able to get us early check in, which I very much appreciate it after an overnight flight. I'm incredibly pleased with the overall experience, friendly customer service, and wonderful room. It's located conveniently close to all the touristy things like Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. You could get lucky enough with a room that has a view of the London eye. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when traveling to London."

"The location is in safe neighborhood and is in close proximity to many of the historical sights London has to offer. We had an overall rewarding experience. The a/c was out on our floor both nights of our stay but the staff was quick to offer fans or a room change. The guest services manager comped breakfast for us when you opted not to change rooms."
