"The price is good and is conveniently located near a subway station. The address they advertise should be updated, as we couldn't properly find it the first day, and it was late at night. Right entrance address is 96 Suffolk St. The cleaning staff was really friendly. The reception staff was a little rough, maybe they're too straightforward NY style, but could be better, though; during our check-in, the lady scolded who I believe was a trainee right in front of us, it was really awkward. I believe you should always congratulate in public and give feedback privately. But well, other than that, we did have a good time, the room was spacious, for a NYC room, and the location was good to move around Manhattan. Chinatown and Little Italy are walkable from there, which was a plus."
