"Excellent hotel and service"

"Although the surrounding area has nothing, other than the airport, to look at, the location is perfect for flyers leaving from terminal2. The staff are excellent and courteous. They also keep the facility clean and ready for guests. Some furnitures need replacement/renovation. The showering area is annoying because it is impossible to stop showering water splashing into the outer area. Replacing the glass partition with sliding shower door will overcome the proble. I am not a friend of the modern concept of open shelf’s and doorless closet, but they are functional."

"Staff were very pleasant and helpful!! Hotel is clean and modern. Nice lounge area. The room was a decent size. Nice little room on the 4th floor with coffee and pastries for the guests. Breakfast was excellent! Would definitely recommend! Also recommend the restaurant just across the street..little Lahore. Best Pakistani food! Service excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel is also a shor walk to the train to windsor! Very convenient! and helpful! Room was a decent size. Hotel is modem and nice. Lots o"
