The rear of the property had picnic tables available in a good garden , plus access to a grass field where we and our grand children could play games. The downside of the location was the busy main road in front of the property - a hazard for small children. "This is a well equipped cottage which is in a rural position on the edge of the town, accessed by a short but unlit lane. It is a 15 minute walk into the High Street and there are plenty of countryside walks from the doorstep."

"A wonderful tucked away cottage. It has a lovely little garden where my daughter was able to work with the sound of birds to keep her company. We particularly like character cottages and you couldn't ask for more but at the same time modern and so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and up to date. "Not the easiest cottage to find since it took 2 attempts! However, once located we were thrilled to find picture postcard perfect home away from home. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed with nice outdoor space. Very easy access to local countryside."

"Our family were attending a wedding nearby. The house was exactly as described. Rooms were great. Very comfy beds! There was 1 bathroom upstairs with a shower, bath and toilet and 1 toilet downstairs. The lounge had plenty of sofa space. Also a lovely big kitchen. We were able to use the garden furniture on the sun trap patio. Shopping parade was a 5-10 minute drive away. Everyone loved their stay at the property and we would thoroughly recommend a group of 6-8 people having a stay here."

"The property had all we needed for a two nights stay apart from extra bedding for bed-settee. In our party we had 3 grown females and one male so we needed other sleeping room. Fortunately I bought with me an extra pillow and a small duvet. I did request extra bedding on application form. This did not prevent us from having a satisfactory stay."

"A peaceful setting. Extremely poor Wi-Fi. TV, microwave, did not work there were no operating instructions. There were wasps inside on arrival we mentioned it next day to owner who came out and said she had no previous knowledge of them even though there were dead wasps in the window channels of both hall and bedroom. Every day after we managed to collect approx 100 wasps per day. We found the nest in the roof and reported it and suggested pest control should be called. Of our 7 day holiday only...
