"I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself."

"The property smelt strongly of people smoking (despite the fact that it was advertised as a non-smoking property). The lockable front door was loose in its frame and felt insecure, especially as the location is in a very run-down street with a lot of graffiti and rubbish strewn around. To cap it off, we were confronted with a rat in the courtyard entrance as we arrived back. We chose to pack our bags and drove home through the night, rather than stay. "Three close friends stayed in 2 Bishop Mews while being in a choir "in residence" at Wells Cathedral for a week in July 2024. The place was perfect - great location in central Wells, walkable to everywhere we needed to be. Clean and spacious, with the everything we needed. There is a washer for clothes but not a dryer. You will love this place!"
