"Does exactly what it says on the tin. Location is good. Just right outside train station and 5minutes walk to the walls. Rooms a bit dated but good size and functional with a mini fridge. Shower was fine and room keeping did a good job each day. Breakfast was average but think it was free so can’t complain. Bread, hard boiled eggs, selection of pasties and selection of cereals. "This is the second time I've stayed at this property and once again it was a very rewarding experience. It's a family run hotel and there is a great deal of warmth toward customers. My room was well maintained and I really like the fact that there was always somebody at the front desk in the event I had a question. Giovanni was very helpful on arranging transport for me to the train station.. I look forward to return to Lucca when I do, hopefully I'll be able to stay at this property again."
