But what truly set this place apart — what made it unforgettable — was the food. We were treated to an extraordinary culinary journey: over 19 exquisite courses, each one more delicious and artfully presented than the last. Every dish felt like a masterpiece — bold in flavor, flawless in technique, and crafted with the kind of passion you’d expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. The chef didn’t just cook — they told a story with each plate. The restaurant staff went above and beyond, especially the manager, who made us feel like honored guests every time we sat down to dine. Every detail — from wine pairings to plating — was perfect. It was, hands down, the best food we had in all of Europe. "Hotel Italia was the perfect base for our stay in Siena. Five minutes walk from the station and about 10-15 minutes walk from the centre . The room was clean, comfortable and quiet . Excellent buffet breakfast . Very friendly and efficient staff . Would love to return "
