"Hotel was great. My wife likes it. Stayed two nights but we didn’t do much inside the hotel. Clerks were all friendly and helpful but I hope the concierge personnel could be a bit more friendly with smiles besides of providing information - too robotic to us. We tried their Japanese buffet which was beyond our expectations, not a fancy one but great. I also like those servers who helped us with Taxi and luggages, nice and helpful. Overall, a great hotel to stay with."

"It’s close to the airport. Very convenient and fast check in and out. Very friendly front desk. The claw foot bath tub was a bit of trying of getting in and out of the tub. . Good for soaking. But we just needed shower. The taxi driver was very courteous and helpful. Less than 5 minutes to T2. The breakfast buffet got plenty of food. Quality isn’t the best. But satisfied. Will stay here again for the convenience of flying out of Taiwan. "
