"Classy, Peaceful, and So Convenient — I’ll Be Back I stayed at Palais de Chine May 2025 and really enjoyed everything about it. I booked an Executive Room, which came with access to the 17th floor lounge—a calm, cozy space with nice snacks, drinks, and a great view. My stay also included lunch and dinner at the main restaurant (not the steakhouse on the 6th floor by check-in), which made the whole experience feel super smooth and relaxing. The room was clean, well-designed, and super comfortable. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, helpful, and professional. The whole hotel has this peaceful elegance that just puts you at ease. What truly makes this hotel a no-brainer for me, though, is the location—right next to Taipei Main Station with easy access to MRT, HSR, buses, and airport transfers. I’m 99% sure I’ll stay here again for that convenience alone. Would love it if they offered something for long-term guests or returning visitors. I’d definitely be interested in coming back for an extended stay. "

"I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast changes a bit everyday and provides a good variety of food. I do have to remind those who have reduced mobility because the elevator from the ground stops at 11pm, and you have to walk up to the lobby. There is also a few steps up to the breakfast area. The bathroom also is a bit dated and some mildew is visible. I would say it’s quite common in Taiwan but still it would be the best if they can clean them entirely. Overall a pleasant stay for me and I would choose this one in the future."
