"Great for a quick overnight stay! Slightly dated, but seemed clean, only issue was that it was an absolute nightmare to flush the toilet! Had to stand there for a few minutes fiddling with the handle to get it to flush!"

"Firstly i must praise Tristan on reception. Helpful, sorted a problem out for me instantly, and with a smile. Imperial is my favourite place, however i have to mention the public toilets downstairs were a real mess, and our evening meal was disappointing. Lets say not as described and vegetables missing. It will not deter me from returning but it did tarnish our stay a little. Every member of staff amazing apart from Chef."

"A “well used” hotel - still use actual keys for rooms (nothing wrong with that but indicates lack of updates). Shabby carpet in reception repaired with gaffer tape (not great for 1st impressions). Rooms lacking soundproofing. Can’t comment further as decided it wasn’t for me and checked out without staying - this was within 10 mins of checking in, receptionist looked perplexed but didn’t actually ask if anything was wrong. The room was clean."

"I can’t think of anything that I didn’t dislike , room was very clean breakfast was fresh and filling. The staff on reception was excellent and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend The Delta and I would stay there again "
