"So this is a charming house and the room I had was just lovely. However, there was a hiccup at check in. I was not shown around the property rather told about wifi and then told my room was upstairs. As this is an old villa, one would expect to be shown the different areas. Okay no big deal. I had to ask how to get to the small pool. When I got to the pool, I was told I could not use it. Apparently, the staff did not realize I was staying there but that is off putting.
