"I reached to property and i was denied a room, stating that they donā€™t have rooms, where is i paid in advance and confirmed the booking, property has incorrect number updated so you can never reach them to confirm anything, the guy at reception gave two rooms in front of me to other people who didnā€™t even had bookings, this is a terrible service "
