The door staff truly outshined everyone—they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and incredibly caring with our luggage. Their level of service made a lasting impression and set the tone for our stay. Unfortunately, I became ill during my trip and had to leave two days earlier than planned. The team handled everything with genuine care and professionalism, and I truly appreciated that they refunded those nights during a difficult situation. I was also traveling with my service dog, and they treated both of us with kindness and respect, which meant a lot. The hotel itself is clean, inviting, and has a great atmosphere. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would absolutely stay here again."

"Great quick weekend stay if you’re just looking for a conveniently located place to sleep after hitting the slopes. Have to give kudos to staffmember Alex; he was extremely helpful and attentive from check-in to check-out. He seemed to be the only one working at one point and handled calls, check-ins, and even helped with microwave issues all at once in a timely manner."

"Clean and modern room. Stayed at the Sunstone on the 2nd floor facing North. Would’ve liked more air flow, only 1 window can be cracked open in the living room of the 1 bedroom apartment. The couch cushion was ripped from the bottom. Overall nice place. Would choose a different room location next time. "

"We love the eagle lodge (chair 15) area. This was our first time at Sunstone, and definitely will be our go-to from now on Had everything we needed for trip, easily made several meals at the condo. My daughter really enjoyed reading in the large community sitting room on the 1st floor with huge viewsThis is a great property. The host communication was excellent and exactly as described.
