"Great place to stay. Location was perfect with access to shopping and sights. Only complaint was despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, housekeeping was knocking on the door at 8am. "

"Breakfast was delicious as always. But being in Chicago at this time of year, no AC was needed. LoL. Staff was exceptional! No complaints other than our room was directly in front of the elevator so it was a little loud on occasion 😔 but at the same time, it was convenient. ☺️"

"Lovely hotel. Comfy beds, spacious suites. Very helpful staff, bar and restaurant were great. They let us checkin and get our suite at 1030 am. If you join their loyalty program you get a free drink at the bar and checkout is at 12 pm. Highly recommend "
