The staff was exceptional and extremely friendly, although I experienced an issue during check-in when the representative charged my card $200 without notification. The hotel's cleanliness and safety were impressive. However, the lobby area felt overwhelming due to a large group using profanity and lounging in the space, which security did not address. I found the room's price to be reasonable. Offering complimentary water or beverages would enhance the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this property."
