"Comfortable stay. But there was no hot water in the morning so I couldn’t even take a shower."

"Clean rooms, breakfast included for free. Parking. Local transportation infront of the hotel as well as the bus to NYC. Several restaurants close to the hotel and a shopping plaza. American Dream Mall several minutes away by car."

"The staff were great . You do have to pay for parking per night which sucks . 22 dollars a day. I had a small issue with my room but staff responded quickly with an option to fix it. Pool was not crowded . Breakfast is included.Overall not a bad stay! And it’s close to a lot of shopping options."

"Room was spacious for the three of us. It was in the middle of a lot of stores and walking distance to the Prudential Center. The only thing I didn’t like about it was the parking, very small parking lots and the parking spaces were crammed together."

"We had an awesome stay here. It’s very close to times square and we were able to hop on public transit to get there. It was a short bus ride away. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very responsive to my needs. The complementary breakfast was sufficient. I have no complaints whatsoever. I will say the pool is a lot smaller than it appears in the photos, but it was still nice to have that option and we did utilize it."
