"Great location"

"We booked the property for a two night stay. The room was clean and renovated but there were issues with the air conditioning. Given that it was almost 35 degrees outside, it was really important for us that it was cool inside. The hallways do not have AC and the hot air was seeping into our room. Despite the fact that the AC was set to 68F (~20C), the room itself remained at almost 28C. We called and spoke to staff but no resolution was offered (no fan, someone to take a look at the AC, a...
