"The price is reasonable considering the central location at the Makati Business District. It has restaurants in the building and lots within walking distance. The place is safe, only residents with a key card can access the elevators. There no microwave machine or any cutleries. I had to ask for a hot water kettle. They did not provide coffee or tea in the rooms. There is a refrigerator."

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and I especially appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine in the apartment. A special shoutout to Regina from housekeeping she’s absolutely amazing! She consistently did a fantastic job keeping the apartment spotless, and I loved that you could schedule a cleaning time that suited you. Overall, a comfortable and convenient experience I’d definitely stay here again. "
