"We had the most wonderful trip to Puno and Lake Titicaca and mostly because we had Lucy as our host! She helped arrange transportation from the airport and were dropped off to her front door where she was waiting to greet us. "Nice place, quiet, great views. There were some communication issues in the beginning and issues getting there. Once that was clear, it was cool. Also, there were some additional charges that were not clearly explained out in the original reservation but it was a nice place and good host. 4/5"
