"This is my idea of the perfect hotel. It was beautiful, had so much character and life. The bar and restaurant area seemed to always have something going on and was a fun place to hang out. The room areas were nice and quiet. We barely saw or heard another guest even though it was booked. Staff were always cleaning and everyone was so nice and helpful. Our trip to Manchester was fabulous and staying in this hotel was the best part of a wonderful vacation. "

"Had a great stay here at the Leonardo Manchester Central. We were attending a wedding so the location was perfect for us. Our room was (as expected) small but very clean and still had more than enough space for bags, a wardrobe to hang clothes and a desk and chair with large mirrors, plus an iron and ironing board (I would note that the iron looked like it had seen better days and might want to be replaced sooner rather than later). Bathroom was very clean too and well stocked. All staff were lovely, check in and check out was a breeze, staff at breakfast were very friendly too, as well as the housekeeping staff - everyone always had a smile and friendly hello! It was super easy to pay separately for our breakfasts (not included in the room rate we chose) and the breakfast was really good! The only thing I’d request is fried mushrooms for the cooked breakfast! All in all, we had a great stay and we’d stay again. Recommend for anyone visiting Manchester :)"

"Excellent standard of family room, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Quick check in with a friendly staff member. Staff were brilliant when we had to evacuate the hotel late at night due to a suspected gas leak and a note of apology was posted under the door overnight with another apology from reception when we checked out. The hotel is in a great spot with parking right behind, also very close to Manchester Piccadilly station. Would definitely stay here again. "
