"Well-located just 20 mins walk from all the main sights in York's historical centre and includes free parking space for one car. Readily accommodates 6 people in kingside / twin beds in 3-storey townhouse. Well fitted out and spotlessly clean on arrival (and our departure!). "

"The only negative about our experience is that we could stay for only 3 days. The property was perfect - the location was near the train station, and within a moderate walk from most everything we wanted to do in York. Paul was an excellent host, anticipating virtually all of our needs and addressing them ahead of time. The home was clean, comfortable and lacked nothing."
