Renovated ancient structures, with comfy rooms overlooking the gorgeous valley below. Sabrina, the owner, was attentive and pleasant and cooked our meals even though the kitchen had officially closed for the season. We used it as a stop between Milan and Florence, and the drive to Firenze through mountainous back roads was another highlight. Waking up to the view is forever etched in our minds

Arriving way ahead of check in time in a downpour with wet bicycles we were graciously greeted by the owner of this charming old hotel. He allowed us to have our room immediately and it was perched on the corner with two windows looking out at the old clock tower and the roofs of the town. This man made our stay so pleasant by his warmth and enthusiasm for his special town. He told us what to visit and lent us an umbrella and made us a delicious dinner. In spite of the horrendous weather we...

Very comfortable room. Great staff.

Quiet and beautiful location. No AC, can be warm in hot weather, did have two fans for help in sleeping. Excellent place for a quiet getaway, lovely hosts.

We really enjoyed staying here. We wanted the Tuscany area without being in a big city. It was beautiful and we drove to some nearby villages that had the beautiful countryside rolling hills with cypress trees that are known in the Tuscany area. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The chef that prepared our private dinner was so nice and the meal was wonderful. She also prepared the breakfast meals. The hotub was nice but wasn't hot just warm. The pool was nice and heated and we stayed in...

Good place to stay. Clean and the helpful staff. Breakfast was really good. Small town for a relaxing time. Rest and enjoying the nature.

One of the most amazing places we have stayed at in Italy, Service, food, location was incredible . Would definitely come back. Can't say enough about this hotel. if I could give 10 stars I would

I had a great stay at the Grand Hotel Terme! I don’t know where to start but the staff was very professional and helpful, dined once and the service was amazing. The restaurant staff was very attentive to remember and provide me with what I asked the day before on the consecutive days of my stay. This was work related trip but will definitely be ion my leisure travel route next time I will be in Italy! And can I have the receipe for the ace juice? 😆

Lovely location and pleasant host.

Very pleasant experience all around. Room is large, high ceilings, full of natural light. Staff very impressive.

The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were very nice and quiet.

Beautiful property, lovely personnel and pretty grounds. The only negative I have is that the gate at the road to the actual residential building is unmarked, unlit and several kilometers from the main gate (which is marked and lit at night), making a late night check in (in the dark) very difficult. I am sure this is being addressed since that entrance appears very new.

Renewed hotel, really nice lobby with lunch and breakfast room. Kind and efficient team

I really enjoyed my trip. Easy to find, in the middle of the city, no problem with nearby parking space (free) the hotel was perfect for my needs. Clean, spacious room, good shower, comfortable bed, super strong a/c which is really important in the warm summer months. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and recommended a really nice restaurant 3 minutes walk from the hotel. In the morning, before my day trip I used the spa at their sister hotel (hotel Via Roma 33) just down the road...

Good stay

My husband and I ended our 10 day tour of Italy here, with a 2 night stay. It was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind before our long trip back to the United States. Our room was perfect; the bed comfortable and shower beautifully upgraded. We enjoyed a couples massage and wine tasting during our stay. The restaurant is nothing short of amazing! Every dish is expertly prepared and beyond delicious. Every staff member was welcoming and accommodating. Our Sommelier, Lorenzo, was very kind...
