"This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and location was great. The amenities are what makes this hotel so unique. There is a gym, patio and cozy seating area for drinks and the restaurant was incredible. I can’t wait to come back to Florence to stay here again!"
