The location is great, it is up on a mountain past Londa but to get to it you need to go up some ver inclined hills, definitely a different experience for someone looking to be away from the big city. The host was a very attentive super friendly guy that made sure we got there safe and was always there to help us.

The place is very clean and quiet. It is in an exclusive neighborhood. Very safe to walk around. Their staff are very friendly and very service oriented. Breakfast was faboulous. The only thing is, it is a little further away from the city. Need a taxi to go anywhere but the taxi is also readily available and staff will call them for us. Wait time is very short usually less than 10 minutes.

This is a beautiful hotel just outside Florence. It is about 15-20 minutes from the main city of Florence but it is worth the drive if you looking for a peaceful relaxing quiet hotel. Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. First they extended lunch without being asked and fixed the shower within minutes. From there on everything was amazing. Wonderful stay. We have stayed in other hotels on our many trips to Florence but now, the Pendini will always be our choice in Florence.

We only stayed one night at this place but we really enjoyed it. Very cool vibes. Only downside is that getting to the room feels a bit complicated since it's in a different building than the lobby.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Very close the train station, about a 5 minute walk. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Also great location for visiting the historical sites.

If you are planning to visit Florence, this is the hotel you should book! It won't let you down. Your Florence stay will be brilliant and memorable. I booked this hotel after read someone's comment. As I learned, the location is a bit far from the center of city. Even so, it is still worth to stay at this hotel. If you take a taxi, it costs 10 euro from/to hotel approxilately. For money savers, taking a bus #14 just for 2 euro may be suitable. The bus stop for #14 is only 2 blocks walk...

Kiara was wonderful from start to finish. The staff are welcoming and so very cordial. She even upgraded my room. The property itself is gorgeous with lots of space. I appreciated the unique touches of this property. Breakfast was also very nice to have in their restaurant which has a very lovely skylight, perfect way to spend a slow morning on vacation. Great hotel

A fan of this hotel since my first visit in 2000. Only steps from the train station and walking distance to Everything! Rooftop sitting areas are enchanting with the best views! Highly recommend.

Beautiful quirky hotel. The room was beautiful and well equipped. Front hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to walk everywhere.

I had a great experience here that far exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk from major tourist attractions. The morning breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. One standout feature was the complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar—such a thoughtful touch that truly enhanced the experience.

The view is amazing! When you open the window we had a direct view of the duomo and the plaza. Very very beautiful. The location is amazing. The staff is friendly. Although the square is noisy, it quieted down usually around 11:30pm or 12 so sleeping wasn’t too difficult.

Beautiful attached rooms - great location near restaurants and quick walk to the river and Uffizi museum. BEST breakfast on our entire trip!!
