Good hotel. Amazing toscani view around. Very good and helpfull staff. Modern room, large and Comfortable. Nice breakfast.

The place is very clean and quiet. It is in an exclusive neighborhood. Very safe to walk around. Their staff are very friendly and very service oriented. Breakfast was faboulous. The only thing is, it is a little further away from the city. Need a taxi to go anywhere but the taxi is also readily available and staff will call them for us. Wait time is very short usually less than 10 minutes.

This is a beautiful hotel just outside Florence. It is about 15-20 minutes from the main city of Florence but it is worth the drive if you looking for a peaceful relaxing quiet hotel. The rooms had a great rustic look and feel of the Tuscany country side plus breakfast offered was awesome and extremely good. I would recommend staying there and definitely would book it again.

We only stayed one night at this place but we really enjoyed it. Very cool vibes. Only downside is that getting to the room feels a bit complicated since it's in a different building than the lobby.

This property is one of our all time favorites now! The room was huge, separate dressing area with a view as well as a view over the Arno from the bathroom. The bed linens were really that . . real linen! Something I've seen rarely in the last years. The staff could not have been more helpful. The shuttle service to Florence was also really nice. Great hotel

I had a great experience here that far exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk from major tourist attractions. The morning breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. One standout feature was the complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar—such a thoughtful touch that truly enhanced the experience.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Very close the train station, about a 5 minute walk. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Also great location for visiting the historical sites.

A fan of this hotel since my first visit in 2000. Only steps from the train station and walking distance to Everything! Rooftop sitting areas are enchanting with the best views! Highly recommend.

Horrible! Do not go there! Because if you stay there once, your standards will rise and you will have hard time comparing other hotels to this one which exceeded all standards. Do not get fooled by its 3-star status, as the rooms, deco and services would definitely compete with at least a 4-star counterpart. The view is amazing! When you open the window we had a direct view of the duomo and the plaza. Very very beautiful. The location is amazing. The staff is friendly. Although the square is noisy, it quieted down usually around 11:30pm or 12 so sleeping wasn’t too difficult.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks while exploring Florence and Tuscany. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was adequate. Conveniently located within walking distance to major attractions, and just around the corner from the train station for day trips to Cinque Terre, Venice, Siena, Pisa, and San Gimignano. Everything was perfect, cleanliness is top notch, staff is super helpful and friendly, Yehia is such a professional and nice guy. The hotel is super cozy and very central location!

I love the property it was very nice inside… Breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly..But it was rather close to the train station… It’s good if you want to use the train a-lot about a 5 minute walk,..but a lot of transient people live/hangout there
