"The area feels safe, we walked at night and also there is a washer and dryer close by, our room was clean, hotel is close to restaurants, and to bus stops, bus 23 takes you to the dome. staff was very helpful and friendly gave us information how to get around the city, "

"The hotel staff was outstanding! We just had one big disappointment. We booked this hotel because it listed a shuttle to the city center. We didn’t learn until after we booked and couldn’t get a refund that the shuttle service wasn’t starting until April 1, 2026. As a result we spent a lot of money on transportation to and from the hotel which we hadn’t planned on. The food at the hotel is excellent! The staff so accomodating and helpful! The only reason we gave one less star on cleanliness is that we had an ant problem in our bathroom. When we called they came right away and vacuumed up the ants but they were active outside and trying to get back in so we plugged the hole ourselves."
