"We were a group of ten friends staying in Florence to celebrate a birthday. A warm welcome awaited us. The villa itself is sizable, though for a little extra we hired the cottage too. All the rooms are tastefully, ornately and traditional appointed while all the bathrooms (most are ensuite) are wonderfully modern. "We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else.
