"OMG! This property was beautiful! Not far away from everything. The gentleman at the front reception (Tomaso, I think was his name) was so attentive and knowledgeable. Checked us in right away and booked our cabs for the mornings. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent as well! 10/10"

"It took awhile for staff to find our reservation through Expedia, we weren’t sure if it even existed on their end.. It’s about an hour walk to the city center, but bus, bike, taxi options are available. The staff were rude when we struggled to buy smokes from the machine in reception (if you don’t have European ID, good luck!). Our porch light didn’t work in our glamp tent and it wasn’t the best quality but amenities make it worth it- shops, restaurant, pool/jacuzzi, laundry, etc., though it doesn’t seem the pool is open in early September."

"This hotel is lovely, the staff were very attentive & special thanks to Francesca on reception who looked after us from the moment we arrived. The hotel has beautiful views of Florence, quite breathtaking especially at night. A 10 minute walk to Fiesole centre with nice restaurants. We had a wonderful stay."
