"This was a beautiful place to stay in only 20 mins away from the center of Florence. Beautiful views and the hotel breakfast was quite nice. The only thing that bothered us was the smell of mildew coming from the washroom. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"Everything was great. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was even better than I expected — very tasty with a good selection. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The only thing I didn’t like was the view from the window, as there were bags of garbage outside. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel."

"Great and affordable hotel outside Florence so we could have a pool to cool down in. Lovely restaurant on site, didn’t explore food options in walking distance. Helpful staff who explained bus routes etc into Florence Bus route with various app really easy to follow and buy ticket. Took about 20 mins to get into centre. We travelled in August and it was late 30’s temp wise each day so was a relief to come back to the hotel each afternoon to cool off in air con and pool. The family room we had was two enormous Rooms very spacious. Second room had space for three kids. Wonderful hotel would recommend and return if I was ever going back to Florence"

"Lovely hotel but a bit expensive for what it is in my opinion. We paid a lot and this did not include breakfast. Our room was clean and rather small. Lovely side view of the Arno river from our little balcony. The spa was nice but the hot pool could be hotter, more warm than hot. The outdoor pool was really lovely and enjoyable especially after a full day of sightseeing and walking. The hotel is about a 35 minute walk to the city centre. It's a very easy walk. The hotel also provides a bookable shuttle bus to the city."

"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were fantastic. Lapo, at the front desk, was extremely helpful in making last minute arrangements for anything we needed. The entire staff from the porters, bar tenders, cleaning staff and managers were friendly and accommodating. The property was picturesque and absolutely stunning. We wish we would have stayed more days just to enjoy the property itself. If you're having an afternoon drink on the patio bar or enjoying a scrumptious evening meal in the restaurant you will not be disappointed."
