"A relaxing place to stay! The grounds were beautiful and staff was great. I would say that having a car is important if you plan on using this as your home base to explore Tuscany. Breakfast was wonderful and the fact that this is adults only makes the property feel more tranquil than it would be otherwise."

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at Viesca. The setting is beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Concetta welcomed us and kindly showed us around, talked us through the facilities... The pool is lovely, and it was great to be able to play tennis as well. "We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Il Castellaccio. There are stunning views in all directions with lovely gardens and outdoor seating, and a great pool which we used many times. It is very quiet and the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The private apartment is larger than we anticipated, which was great, and has beautiful views and nice light. We rented one of the two apartments that make up the old stone guest house (which stayed cool in the sun!). The hosts live in a separate house...

"Had a great time again with our family and the dogs. The house may not be the most modern, but it’s clean and huge, and so is the domain with its large terrace and amazing view. Roberto and Alicia are very helpful and are very respectful for you privacy. The region is perfect for hiking and mountain biking, and the restaurants and shops are not very expensive. So I would truly recommend this place is your into the true Italian rural /nature experience . We will definitely come back."

Nice food options and music on specific days Clean Cabins If you have not booked shuttle from the Figline station to this place- you may have a hard time getting a taxi from the station. "This place is an Absolute Gem if you want to feel that “Under the Tuscany Sun” Vibe. Every corner there is a Photo opportunity, and still pictures cannot capture the Amazing Ambience of this Villa. It is not modern and modernized, but if you are looking for an old castle stay, this Villa is your Gem! "
