"The Hotel Jane is a gem of a hotel. The rooms were comfortable and all of the staff were welcoming and professional. The safe was a little tricky, but once I figured it out, it was easy. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of variety and the coffee was tasty. Definitely worth staying for. Later on in the day, you can get a drink or snack in the breakfast area. Hotel Jane is easy walking distance to bus stops and all the taxi/Ubers are familiar with the hotel because it is so well liked. I absolutely will stay here the next time I am in Florence. "

"A beautiful property with helpful staff. We arrived late due to a train delay. They helped us find a restaurant and a taxi quickly. The only downside is the location- no restaurants close by- alternatively the restaurant inside the hotel was surprisingly good. Highly recommend "

"The Forte16 is a short walk to the centre, great sun terraces (never busy during our stay and great sunset viewing point), helpful staff, very clean rooms, great pool and spa - wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."

"A break from the busy historic sites made our stay at the Cloris so wonderful. Gabriele was very helpful. His advice got us started on taking the public bus to offset the bit of extra distance from top sites. A kitchenette and a grocery store 5 minutes away was very convenient. The room was lovely. We stayed May 11 -20, 2025. I highly recommend this hotel as a place to decompress from busy sight seeing. "
