"Thank you for an excellent stay! An easy bus ride from the train station and then a short walk, we found Hotel Jane in excellent condition. The lobby, dining area, and hotel room were spotlessly clean, the staff very courteous and attentive, and the breakfast delightful and welcomed. The neighborhood was quieter than around the cathedral area, but the hotel is close to a grocery and restaurants. The bottle of wine was appreciated, too. We did not use W-Fi. In short, we would stay here again. "

"DO NOT COME HERE! If you are planning on visiting Florence bite the bullet and pay to stay closer. The rooms were dirty with hair and stains on the beds. The staff was not helpful at all. There was also used floss in the bathroom. Send help."

"The Expedia listing was quite misleading. It was stated that there was 'self parking' included, whereas there was only street parking on very small, packed streets, with paid parking. It also stated that breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast available at all, in fact none for 2 years. Big renovation project with scaffolding surrounding the hotel, we got 1 of the rooms on 1st floor, traffic noise started at 6am, which was quite loud."

"We always look forward to stopping at Villa Neroli on working trips as it’s super convenient amd comfortable. Easy to park, check-in amd relax in the sauna or get a work out in the gym. Dinner is always delicious, breakfast has good options. The service is prompt and kind. The location is perfect for biz travelers as well as tourists who want to see all but stay away from the crowds amd confusion."
