Straightforward check in service with affable staff, our room was wonderful, clean and comfortable.
The staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions for our itinerary. Lovely terrace for daily included breakfast, although it was carb heavy, a few more protein options would have been nice to start the day.
A mini fridge and hooks in the bathroom would be good touches for the rooms.
Comfortable stay in a beautiful well curated Riad.

Firstly - the staff (all of them) and Valentina elevate this beautiful Riad to a truly exceptional experience. With over 1,000 Riads to choose from in Marrakech, Kaiss stands out not just because it is tasteful, comfortable and really beautiful, but also because you are taken care of - with love - from arrival to departure. I honestly felt like we were leaving family when we left - and I hope to visit again soon. The thoughtfulness, the pampering, the fabulous food, beautiful hammam, the...

Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. Beautiful riad inside the marketplace in Marrakesh - but NO noise at all from outside. Staff were amazing; every request handled immediately with great attention to detail, and wonderful warmth and courtesy. They truly cared about making every guest feel welcome. The breakfast, which we had served to us on the rooftop, each day, was a great variety of tastes and textures - freshly made. Our toom accomodation was a two floor "apartment", with beautiful...

Wonderful quaint property, well maintained, in a quiet area, close to everything. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Alain, the owner is friendly, helpful, well informed and really cares about his guests. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful, served on the outdoor shaded deck. The rooftop terrace offers a comfortable area to relax. Our stay at the Riad Eloise went above and beyond our expectations. We would go back in a heartbeat and recommended it to all our friends.

This hotel will take care of you and get to know you. The room was timeless and a classic Moroccan beauty. This hotel was the best part of our trip to Marrakesh. The Jazz Bar essence and atmosphere is outstanding. I felt like I had been transported in time but with all the amenities. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and been disappointed before but this one gets it right. We felt no need to even leave the hotel in the evenings with the jazz bar and two restaurants. Riad Livia was the best part of Morocco for us! It’s close to the Medina but far enough away too that you have more peace and quiet. It’s absolutely beautiful inside the Riad, and it’s very calm. It always smells very nice inside the Riad also. The room was beautiful and exactly like the picture. And the people who work here are the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve had the pleasure to meet. If we come back to Marrakech in the future, we hope to see our friends from the Riad Livia once...

I will start… and probably end… by praising the staff at the Riad Tizou.
I was mostly in contact with Rashid and San (sp?) throughout my visit. They were both so friendly and accommodating. They will probably be the thing I most remember about my trip here to Marrakech.
The location of the property was very convenient to most of the sights I think most people will want to visit while I’m Marrakech.
A few minutes walk to the Souks… the Secret Garden… the Madrasa… Jamaâ el Fnaa etc.

Nice and quiet, away from the main town. Staff was attentive, although not as smiling as I am used to, but that may be cultural, not sure. Food - breakfast buffet was nice. Other meals not very impressive. Okay when you just don't have time to get out, but strongly suggest most meals should be in...
