"We had a great stay at the hotel. The employees are excellent friendly they made our trip special. The bus stop is right there in front of the hotel and it takes you right to Valetta. "I had a really good experience at the hotel. The staff at the reception were very good at check in and other Miscellaneous services. Rachael arrange the birthday cake, my following up relentlessly and ensuring that the details were were right and the cake will be delivered on the right day. Ashutosh was an absolute star as he ensured that my wife’s birthday celebrations and the cake were handed to me promptly. He was courteous And efficient in dealing with me during check out. Oumaima was very efficient too in arranging room service food for me from the reception. Thanks for making our stay a great one! Kudos to all the staff. Manjil was quite good too in providing a very good cappuccino."
