"The view from our balcony was incredible! Very close to the train station and gandola ride. Staff was very friendly, especially Miriam at the front desk, who attempted to make us drinks when the bar was closed. She did a great job and was so nice to accommodate us. "This little gem of a hotel was perfect for a stay in Interlaken. It’s a short walk from the Interlaken West train station and close to everything! Only downside is it was hot and there is no AC … but if you want an authentic alps experience it’s worth it! "

"We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a “garden view” when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here again. "

"Wengen is a hidden gem and this property was fabulous! I stayed with my 4 kids on the top level, which was a space with 2 rooms and a loft. We had plenty of sleeping space and magnificent views of the mountains and valley. There are cute shops and fantastic restaurants in Wengen. Hotel Falken offered a nice breakfast, and the staff was welcoming and helpful to us during our stay."
