"Pool and beach were nice "

"So I’ve gone to a few all-inclusives in my day, and I want to say I was thoroughly impressed with Iberostar Selection Coral Cancún. The Coral (adults-only) section had a great pool, plenty of beach chairs, and it never felt crowded. People also didn’t do that thing where they leave towels on chairs for 5+ hours and never actually sit there, which was amazing. The staff were incredible. It’s definitely more laid-back and relaxing rather than a huge party resort, which was perfect for us. And truly — the food was AMAZING. I’ve been to other 5-star resorts with much bigger price tags, and I genuinely loved the food here more. Everything was clean, gorgeous, and so well maintained. I also want to say a huge thank you to the staff because every single person we interacted with was so kind and patient with my Spanish. On the activity team, I had so much fun with Daniel, Aranza, and Quinten. Saby was literally the strongest person alive carrying what felt like a million drinks on beachside service, and the bartenders Eli and Armando made some of the best drinks I’ve ever had. It was just such a lovely, chill experience with genuinely incredible people. Thank you, Iberostar team — we had an amazing time and would absolutely come back!"

"At the checkout they charge me $207. Because one of those nights during my sleep I get bleeding nose and I got dirty pillow and sheets . I felt so bad what I did but I left a good tips for cleaning people.On the end I got nice surprise $207. None excuse. They told me I already signed the papers when I checked in. Never again."

"The resort is good for families. Staff was friendly but felt that specialty restaurants were often short staffed so they weren’t very attentive. Restaurants were also by reservation only and pretty limited. We had to wait quite a bit to get a table even though we were on time to our reservations. "

"I absolutely love the Hard Rock in Cancun! The staff is so friendly and always willing to assist in any way with positive attitudes. The bar has a great selection of top shelf drinks. The live music every night is a plus. Finished early so if you’re kinda old like me you get to bed at a decent time. Room service is included in the all inclusive so it’s nice to order a coffee or green juice and sit on the balcony and take in the view! It’s kid friendly but not too many kids to drive you crazy lol. I’ve been here 3 times and loved it every time! The only thing I would say that was unfortunate is the jacuzzi’s in the room don’t really look that clean so I don’t really go in them to enjoy. Also although they have many options of food and restaurants, the food is just ok. But other than that I love it! "

"Staff and cleanliness was amazing! The hotel, however, needs a good amount of renovating. Our balcony door will not shut completley, letting the warm air in, toilet made a loud pitch sound when flushing, bathroom sink overfilled quickly, as if something was stuck in the pipes. Charged for a stain on a "floor rug". Did not have time to dispute with hotel since our transportation had been waiting on us. "
