"Very modern and clean I liked the all inclusive Food was good But you need to eat early to eat in the restaurants otherwise it’s full The spa is very nice The beach was full of seaweed and very agitated And the pool were crowded But overall it was relaxing "

"Room was clean- a bit dated but very clean. Property could use some maintenance but it was minor. I highly recommend this resort if travelling with children. They do have to do something to get the situation with Chair reserving under control. People would reserve every chair and then have no one there for hours(sometimes over 5 hours) Others could be using these but they have no system to monitor it. This definately impacted our enjoyment some days "

"This place was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty upon arrival, with visible grime and poor overall cleanliness. The sinks were broken, making it difficult to even use the bathroom properly. The curtains looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, adding to the uncomfortable atmosphere. To make matters worse, the toilets wouldn’t flush properly, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. Overall, the condition of the facilities was terrible, and it felt like basic maintenance and hygiene were completely ignored. I would not recommend staying here. It needs serious improvements in cleanliness, repairs, and basic upkeep."

"Most of the staff are very friendly our room is ok clean , food are excellent , security is on top, the staff in all restaurants are very nice . We enjoyed our vacation."

"We have a family of 4 two adults and two older teens. The food was great, views were amazing, staff was friendly when someone was there to help. Our complaints were that it was almost impossible to find a spot by the pool because people woke up early and put towels out on chairs to save spots and sometimes people wouldn't come to their seats for hours! Also, the room was super tiny and the ac did not work. Luckily we were only there for 3 nights. If we were to stay longer, that room would not have worked for a family of 4. We were also on the tenth floor and they don't have enough evelvators and they ook forever and a few times they weren't even working. I'm totally fine with waking the stairs, but for someone who can't walk that many flights of stairs, that would be super annoying. The workers also used the same elevators, which are very small, with their big bins of stuff, so sometimes you couldn't even get on if they were on there. "

"The staff were just lovely people. Friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The beach is fantastic. The room service menu could use some work however. While the breakfast menu was good, we were unimpressed by the mid day offerings. The facilities were lovely. Only real complaint was the music at the poolbar. I come to the beach to hear the sound of the beach and the occasional kid laughing or screaming. But listening to amplified music on the beach is a big no no. "
