"My stay at GR Solaris was amazing. The staff including pinto and many others went above and beyond. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding, Room was exceptional every day and the cleaning staff was amazing! I would say more options for food. Only 1 breakfast buffet/option sometimes you had to wait in line but only 10 -15 minutes. Getting a Reservation wasn't easy was booked every time, but we were able to just walk in without an issue a few times. I would reccomend in this price category for sure! Beach is beautiful and pools fun and entertaining. At night they had Entertainment and the shows were very good! "

"This is NOT AN ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT. The first none inclusive resort I have been to. They have maybe ten a la carte but you can only use two, all the others are at an “extra cost”. The use of certain pools and bars, are all extra cost. There are absolutely no lawn chairs on the beach for regular users, but there are just a very few for extra cost! You have to use your towel. How is that an all inclusive resort when you have to pay extra? They say they have “three tiers” well none of that is advertised when booking. So you pay $3000 for two a la cartes and everything else it extra. I chose the Italian a la carte that I had to wait a week for and the lasagna had a soapy taste. All the buffet for breakfast and dinner was mostly pork. One time for the dinner buffet they had burgers and hotdogs which tasted awful. Everything else was pork. Throughout the week they had pork tacos, pork bites, and even a full small pig… I had enough pork products that I’m done with pork for a while. I heard the other a la carte Bahai with steak was also awful Now about the rooms… you are not getting any sleep staying there. The way the pyramids are built, that if you whisper in the lobby, you will hear it inside your room on the top floor. The people staying next to a connecting room it sounds like the people staying next door are inside your room. If you are over looking the main lobby then you won’t be getting any sleep because it’s so loud. All night. For a beautiful resort, it was one of worst."

"The property was nice. The room was smaller than we was expected. There were not much activities for kids 9 and 10 years old to do there besides swimming. The food was great at the buffet. We have no luck to have reservations 4 restaurants any before 9 pm. We wish staff services at restaurants and around the pool more attentive like pick up empty plates, taking orders for drinks. One time we asked 3 times for water. But we went spring break the resort fill up with people. Maybe overload. Overall, we have good time "
