"Room, property, and pool were very clean. Staff was outstanding. Food was okay throughout and great at San Temo and Brasas. My only complaint was room service. Food was good and staff was pleasant but it was wrong almost every time. They did fix it but it was almost comical. If I'd been in any type of hurry it would have been very annoying. Highly recommend the property. "

"My family, including two daughters and my husband, spent five wonderful days at the hotel. I can say with certainty that we will definitely be back. The staff is very friendly and gives 100% to make your vacation unforgettable. The food is delicious and fresh, the rooms are spacious, and every little detail is thought out for a comfortable stay. Carlos and the entire team responsible for the evening entertainment were magnificent! Unfortunately, we didn’t participate much in the morning pool...

"The only thing their staff cares is tips, room service staff don’t take the tip even you leave the tip in the room, only accept tip when you give it to them face to face, and next day they will knock your door for room service when you stayed in your room( we want to take a rest),the worst experience is the buffet restaurant, I know guests supposed to tip the waiters, but every meal from breakfast to dinner? Waiters ask your room card and Take it away and only give you back when you finished...

"We are a family of 6 and decided to try this one out for first time. Mind you we travel to Mexico yearly on vacation and have stayed at multiple resorts throughout the years. This one is by far the worst. The beach is dirty, water smells like gas from the near by marina and consistent yachts and jet skies taking off. The beach chairs are non existent unless you get there before 8am. You will find yourself feeling like sardine in a can. Overcrowded, people smoking on every corner, you basically...

"The staff was great! The concierge Israel did such a good job that i gave 3 stars instead of 2. The place is old, and all the bars are closed down except the beach bar. Closed poolside bar and main bar is closed. All inclusive is not a true statement for this place. Its more like the cheapest option at the one place not shut down is their version of all inclusive. Laundry service pretended to be included, but after it was cleaned i got charged $100. The resort doesn't treat it's staff well...
