Very polite and helpful staff (except for the people serving the outside bar, who appeared to be deliberately slow). The AC seemed kind of old and dried the air in the room withing the first 60 minutes of turning it on. Room cleaning didn't include vacuuming every day. All in all, an excellent experience."
